I have seen Dr Barry in past and liked her for the most part. I also have been treating with this practice for a few years and never had any issues with them. Only weird thing was after you have your pap smear they give you a little card and you have to wait and then call the number and it will tell you the results where normal. Of course if abnormal the office calls :-) otherwise no issues with this practice. My mom goes there as well!

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical practice. First, they never called me with my Pap results and there was a problem. Second, I had a mammogram with a problem, had a biopsy, no one called. When I arrived to go over blood work, waited an hour and I complained, they apologized due to emergency to which I could understand, But when I told them how poorly I had been treated they asked me to leave the practice. Which I am happy to do, but others should be warned that they overlook your results, don't call you when there are issues and essentially treat patients poorly.
