They were very polite and helpful and but did not provide what I had asked for when scheduling original appointment. They had a few different appointment times available and I missed the first two due to my work schedule, I did call to notify but none were perfect for my schedule later appointments would work better for me. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're not the best, but in a bind my insurance is what they prefer me to use. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Plus they have told me in the past to not do what a previous Eye Dr told me to do, and therefore confusing to me.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
