Listens to complaints and gives full attention without seeming to be rushed. Explained possible diagnosis in understandable terms. Also proposed follow up and possible interventions and, something I really appreciated, Dr. Honeycutt checked to make sure I understood what he told me.

Everything about my experience with this office, staff and doctor was a nightmare. Referrals for tests took over a week to get made from that office. Once referrals were made I had to do all the scheduling. Referral to major doctor never got made. I had to continue to call that doctor's office until it finally got done - almost a month after my initial visit with this office. Calling into this place is impossible. It is nothing but a series of voice mails that do not get returned. Only found one nice woman who even seemed to care. The only thing I am grateful for is that this was not a life and death situation - I would be in heaven now if it had been. The doctor informed me that I was "one of those patients that just fell through the cracks". That is just what a patient wants to hear after spending thousands of dollars on tests and waiting over a month for some kind of explanation or diagnosis. He NEVER contacted anyone assoicated with my history to discuss this. I never got an answer. He made NO effort to help me. Even knowing I had an appointment that day to get a diagnosis, he did not have all the test results or doctor notes to inform me. This man and everyone he employs should be thrown to the carpet for what they put me through.

I don't normally take time to write reviews, but these people are just awful. First off, the NEVER answer the phone. Ever. When you finally get a call back, you basically have to wait about 3 months or so to make an appointment, even as an established patient. Whenever I've asked them to fax perscription refil requests or any medical paperwork, they never do. I've spent 2 weeks fighting with them because they've yet to fax in my perscription to my new insurance, and all they say is "we will get to it soon". These people are so rude and completely useless. They never diagnosed me with anything after many tests, and the doctor informed me that "there is clearly something wrong with you, but we just don't know why" and just gave me medication to hope that my seizures won't happen again. Please, go anywhere else except these people, or you will never get anything accomplished.

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Dr. Honeycutt himself is primarily the problem. He walked into my initial assessment as though he already knew everything. When I brought up a very important point which is linked to my neurology issues, he made a joke out of it, laughed and couldn't even say it properly as he waltzed out the door on to the next patient. Even the report he wrote on the assessment was incorrect and has to edited. Everyone else I've dealt with has been great.
