I wish I had never gone there. they assured me that I would have dentures the day my teeth were extracted and now 3 months later I have no teeth or dentures. The oral surgeon was brutal and rude and no one there will give me a straight answer regarding my concerns. I don't know what to do now- I have no teeth and have no confidence in their ability or willingness to provide the service promised. It has been the worst experience with a so-called "professional" company I have ever had.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Most of their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I did feel as though the prices were raised for the service because, I had insurance and had to pay copays on the additional service. Other dentist quoted me half of what they charged me. The office manager was very nice but, the man that is the dentist assistant, he is not friendly at all. He is rather very fake. The dentist is friendly though.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

I took my 7 year old son in there after they had just gotten a new office manager. This lady would not let us be in the room during treatment and we were told that we could not go back there. My wife told them there is no way in hell you will take my kid back and stop me from checking on him. Ever since the office manager has been short and RUDE!!! SHE HUNG UP ON ME when we requested my sons xrays. We have moved our children to a new office and the new office is GREAT!!!!! I went into Dental Group of Clovis to get a copy of my sons xrays which we had already paid for and notified them we would be picking them up today cause he has a absest that needs to be removed and they called the police when i threated to get an attorney and sue them. Then they gave our medical records to the POLICE without our approval.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
