This place is basically a scam. Where do I even start... First of all, their hygienist was so rough with her, my daughter could only have half of her cleaning completed. They then had her, who is 18 years of age, sign to a $3000+ contract for work to be done on her teeth when she went unaccompanied by me. This is outrageous, she just needs a couple of fillings. Then they started sending me invoices for work that had not yet been performed ($360 bill for the unfinished cleaning) I called to find out what was going on. I was told I'd have someone call me back as to why my insurance was not billed, and the entire incorrect invoice sent to me. I'm the primary insurance holder so she should not have been allowed to sign such a contract in the first place. I never got a call back, but instead got multiple calls daily from different people asking when I was going to set up another appointment for her to come in. I was not going to have her go back there until I got some answers on the outrageous bill. I can't believe they pushed her into signing a contract like that, and tried to get me to bring her back to fulfill it- they knew it had no merit and when they realized I was not going to be one of their scam victims they just said to pay the $300 and they would stop calling me. I did pay it- I still don't know to this day why the cleaning cost that much and whey they never billed my insurance. I'll check with my insurance company to see what I can do about reimbursement. The thing is, they actually never sent me a proper document showing the date of service and service performed. Just an invoice. Without this I don't even have anything to submit to my insurance company. I am hoping that my insurance company will be kind enough to deal with Western Dental on my behalf because I no longer have the patience for it. They are actually the least competent, most ignorant, rude and crass bunch of low-life degenerates I've ever witnessed in a "professional" office. People, please do your research and go somewhere reputable.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
