Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
No, they were very calm and understanding
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Was the dental equipment clean?
Not really, it could have been much cleaner

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was not hard to reach them in an emergency, they got me in the day I called. The staff really knows what they're doing, but the one that does billing and scheduling is a total witch( Amy). They're able to answer most of my questions. They recommended several dental procedures that my insurance wouldn't cover as though they were urgently important. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I didn't notice any display of their qualifications. I always leave wishing that someone else in my county took my insurance.
