Front desk staff is polite, organized and very helpful. Dental techs are obviously well-trained, good 'chair side manner' and as the procedure progresses, they exhibit competence in their ability to assist the doctor in the procedure. The dentists are, well, dentists! (grin) They do what they do, and they do it competently. About the only complaint - and it is relatively minor - is that they could return a call more quickly for an after-hours emergency.

Their front office staff is horribly rude and unwilling to assist with questions or problems. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit, and I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life by a "professional" office/setting. Waste of time and money if you ask me. All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I asked them if they were a preferred provider and they said yes, then when the bill came they sdid they were not and so I did not get the preferred rate. I had to argue my bill so they said they would split the difference but I still paid over $1,000 mor than anticipated. It was a little hectic with the receptionist whom was also the biller and she seemed a little unsure of what she was talking about, but sure acted like she did. I never saw the same dentist twice but the procedures were done quickly and the outcome average.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
