Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

This is a well run, courteous office. However, the dentist is not up to date on current procedures, and was unable to properly care for my teeth. He is competent to do basic procedures, however, and is not terribly expensive, so I would consider him a good basic choice for someone whose teeth are healthy and just needs basic cleaning and checkups.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
