Dr V is very friendly and so is most of her staff, but the practice has outgrown its ability to do little else than treat patients like cattle. There was a huge expansion of the number of patients with no additional physician partners added to the practice. Most of the time you never see the dr., just a nurse practitioner. There is rarely a parking space available for patients, there are always sales reps in the lobby, and if you are a wheelchair user, well . . . Good luck. The office buildingis accessible, but there is one ADA parking space, in a very tight corner of an extremely narrow and small parking lot (only 8 parking spaces on the entrance side of the building, and NO ramp/accessability from the slightly larger rear parking surface which is always at capacity so that parking on grass or sidewalk is very routine). There is NO adequate or available lift, van or drop-off area at all.
We have enjoyed our earlier relationship with the practice, but as she continues to take on more and more patients and additional locations, there really is no reasonable accommodation for established patients with needs beyond an annual physical and routine labs. The staff does not return even post-ER calls, has to be called repeatedly for routine referrals and lab results, and is terribly overburdened and overtasked. There are simply too many patients to recieve adequate care.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Virtusio and her staff. Dr. Virtusio is the only provider I have ever had that actually take the time out and listen to all of my concerns. She has never made me feel rushed in any way and she really takes care of me. Her staff is the best. Always nice, kind and professional. I work in the medical field and would really work for her if I could.
