They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. MD subjective rather than objective, personal opinion seemed to influence care of my child (none of her business), did not develop a raport with MD, very cold bedside manner. I would not recommend Dr. Klein as a pediatrician.
