They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was a little disappointed with their waiting room chairs. You'd think they'd make more of an effort to make sure their patients were comfortable while they waited, but they didn't. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They were definitely one of the best urologists I've seen, and I think they are one of the best in the field. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
