i always have a great experience when i go to the oaks medical center.
the nurses are friendly, and knowledgeable. The Doctor and Nurse practitioner are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mathews for many years. He has always taken time to listen to me and answer my questions. He is thorough in his exam and has great follow up on any abnormalities. He puts the patients health first and will refer to specialist if needed.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
