I can't even begin to tell everything this doctor has done for my family. She took calls from me within an hour. She came in early to see my daughter for emergency appointments. I really feel she has kept my suicidal teen alive. She goes the extra mile to do absolutely anything you might need for your teen and their health. I have never experienced a doctor like this before in my entire life.

The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. The office was quiet and peaceful places we were able to relax easily. The professionalism and understanding of Dr. Balk is wonderful. We have had great success and continue to grow. This is a difficult time as a parent and this office and the staff understand that. We look forward to our visits as a family. I have mendioned this to other close friends and family, I feel as they are a truly caring group of professionals. There is a special place in our hearts for them all.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
