Stuff: Very Rood, Pushy and lay Back. Confused, misleading, racist, and very discriminatory
They charged me for service they could not complete, hurt my ear, and when I asked them for refund, they refused and offered me to drop from their services.

Doctor probably knows what he is doing, but patients are his dollar not humans. Extremely expensive, charged me for doctors services without servicing me, instead put a assistant to service me, who did not know how to do the job, and hurt my ears

The most grid person in earth, charged me for a job that his assistant could not do, try to sell me natural oil, on top of big charges for a little job.
His priority money, his office treats you like trash. Grid, Grid, Grid

Our gripe is the billing department, great doctor! The co pay is collected after each visit at this office and its never correct we're over charged each time.. Its very difficult to get our refund from this billing department for the over charged co pay.
Other doctors offices we visit Do Not charge co pay up front after our visit. They wait for the insurance EOB then send us a bill for monies owed. I wish this doctors office was that way.
We also agree no one in billing is ever available to take our call. They're recorded message goes like this "please leave your name and telephone number and someone will call you at the end of today" Well good luck on that no one will call.

I could not get this office to call me back. They would not help me to schedule an appointment and kept telling me to call the medical assistant, who would never call back. If they can't even manage to schedule an appointment, how could they be trusted to handle your confidential medical paperwork, attend to you when you're hurting and vulnerable and take care of your medical issues?
