I have been seeing Dr. De La Torre for several yrs.and he is very knowledgeable. He seems very caring about his patients. I think there are no good Physicians anymore out there who really care about the patients. But this doctor doesn't judge you. But he has retired. I don't think there are any good shrinks left out there. Everyone now is concern about making money. And you can't talk to a doctor for 15 minutes and expect to feel and get better.

I saw Dr. De La Torre years ago. I walked in and the first words out of his mouth were, "You reek of menopause."
My skirt and blouse were purple. I didn't know one could make a complaint for such a remark. I found his manor arrogant and unprofessional.

Signs prescriptions and takes me off others- talking controlled substances here- without ever having met me!! Seems like inappropriate practicing to me.

My appointment felt very rushed. It didn’t feel like they cared about me at all. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.
