It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.

My first visit to this doctor was my last. I brought my medical information including my prescription for high blood pressure. I was also recently diagnosed with diabetes. He never once mentioned either of these conditions or my medications even though I am trying to get pregnant and my blood pressure was sky high when it was checked in his office. I also felt he verbally attacked me regarding a fertility medication that I was prescribed by my previous doctor, as if I had any day in the matter. I was simply following my doctors orders. It was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I don't think he even looked at my chart. I even had to get out my phone so we could look up dates in it because the wall calendar in the exam room was from last year, even though its already February of the next year. The waiting room was tiny, cramped and dirty. If you go to next waiting area you risk missing your appointment because you are in a different area altogether. It was a horrible experience. I've met veterinarians with better medical qualifications and people skills.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
