They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Wonderful staff and hygenists. Been going there for over 20 yrs. Love them like family.

Encountered billing issues that amounted to FRAUD. Went in for procedure and paid out of pocket. They then billed insurance company for entire amount. Double Dipping! Reported to insurance company and Bakersfield police for Fraud. Sent Demand letter and suing small claims court for a paid in full receipt to close issue. Office manager laughed at me and said it was easier for me to pay them an extra amount. They threatened to ruin my credit. Sorry, but I don't give in to extortion. Good dental service, but too bad they are crooks.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
