They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. . I understand that they are busy, I would have liked a little more time for my doctor to get to know me and advise how to deal with my symptoms besides advising me to tough it out. most importantly They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I will never refer someone here.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
