I've been seeing Dr Pennington for 6 years and he is a great doctor. I have a lot of medical issues and he has done a very good job of helping me manage them. He is very attentive and always listens to me, and pays attention to my health concerns. Getting an appointment is not always easy. His office is very busy and at times I have had to stand in the waiting room, even though I have trouble standing, due to lack of seats. However, it's all worth it because Dr Pennington is the best GP doctor around.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date. I am not too fond of the chairs in their waiting room. They might want to invest in something that enhances patient comfort. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for (Dr Pennington did but not the staff). I knew that I could count on him at all times. Waiting time is not so good.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I highly reccomend this practice.
