I had a terrible Experience all through every process with Dr. Randolph Young office I got there around 5.30am they want payment in advance cant use your Debit card Cash or Check only .I was Referred by my Dentist They treat you like a heard of cattle No customer service the Dentist Oral Surgeon Office is a Butcher shop and only care about the Money. Will never go back or refer them to anyone . I Recommend To Stay Clear Of This Dentistry Office I paid over $1800 to get Butchered . They Left Part Of My Tooth And Bone Fragments! Another Dentist had to remove them !

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

From the minute I stepped in the door I felt very welcomed by Dr. Young's staff. They were very helpful in explaining my insurance terms with me. They were prompt in getting me in on time. I came in for an extraction and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the surgery was done. After the surgery the staff was very helpful in explaining the aftercare and showing me how to use the syringe. Dr. Young even called me that night to check on my recovery. Wow, I was really impressed. I will definitely be returning for a dental implant in the future and would recommend Dr. Young and his staff to anyone!

I went to Dr. Young to get my wisdom teeth taken out and it was the best experience i have ever had in a Dentists office. His staff was very friendly and was always upfront about the cost. Dr. Young was very informative and even called me the night after i had my surgery to make sure that everything was ok! I would recommend Dr. Young to everyone!

The office staff at this facility was the rudest, most degrading bunch of women I have ever met. They will not give you financial information when you call to make an appointment, but insist on scheduling your consultation and surgery for the same day. You come prepared for the dental surgery and then they let you know you need to pay thousands up front even though you have two insurances which will cover everything. They talk down to the patient very loudly in front of everyone in the waiting room to guilt you into paying exorbitant fees that will eventually be covered by your insurance.
It seemed like a scam to me.I walked out and called another oral surgeon whose staff was polite and willing to go over everything on the phone before I go in. I am happy to pay this new oral surgeon an expected amount because they were willing to tell me up front that they would bill my insurance and reimburse me.
A little niceness would go a long way for Dr. Young’s staff. They make him look really bad.
