The Doctor and her staff are always respectful and compassionate. They make me feel valued and important. Dr. Pennanen and her nurse, Lori Zorc are well abreast of the latest medical advancements -- even ones that have occurred very recently. The appointment and billing staff are fantastic as well. As a result, I have referred a number of colleagues to their practice. It is an honor to be associated with their practice as a breast cancer patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Pennanen since I was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2002, so over a decade. She was the first to catch my recurrence and acted swiftly to eradicate it even while I was 30 weeks pregnant. She has always been there for me. Her professionalism is coupled with just about the best bed side manner I have experienced. Do not hesitate to see her if you are looking for a breast cancer surgeon.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Pennanen has a surgical unit in her office and performs all outpatient procedures there. It's very convenient.

I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I was able to talk with them way before my surgery, and I felt much more comfortable going into surgery. Their staff was kind of disappointing. They weren't overly rude, but they weren't helpful. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
