I believe their primary concern was what was best for me as far a developing a payment plan and the service timeline. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office nor have I known Woodford Orthodontics to give coupons or have specials. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The service is definitely rushed, you have to ask to talk with the orthodontist and even that is rushed, the definitely have a production line type service going. If you are looking to have straight teeth without and type of services extras such as kindness, great customer service then you may find Woodford Orthodontics to be what you are looking for. I gave them two stars for getting my teeth straight, they lost the other three stars due to a lack of customer service.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was impressed with their financing options. They were very flexible, and were willing to work with me and my insurance company. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my child's disability and special needs. Dr. Brad interacts with her on a level that makes her feel comfortable. She is proud when she flashes him her smile. They are by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
