Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Everyone always seems nice when you are there.When you go back to get your rx for glasses or contact lenses..there is always a problem. I was there 6 months ago and yet..my rx for glasses is not current!! They want another visit..apparently when you are asked if you plan on getting new glasses and you say no, that is a decline for a full eye exam!! What am I doing there if I am not getting my eyes checked!! Not purchasing glasses that day does not warrent a decline for an annual exam. The same thing happened to me when I first went in for my exam. They asked about glasses and contact lenses, yes..I wear both. When I asked for a rx for contacts..you guessed it..they could not give it to me because they did not do a contact lens exam..another office visit please!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

BEWARE they are CROOKS!!! Few months ago I called them and was quoted a price of $119 which I was told included the appointment AND removing of foreign body from my eye. I scheduled the appointment and was told to pay quoted price of $119 before being seen by the doctor. The doctor has seen me and removed metal shaving from my eye. Few months later, I was contacted by Debt Collection Agency saying that I have an outstanding balance with this company of $106. So I called them and they told me that when I paid $119 it was just for appointment and that $106 was extra for the removal of foreign body. I asked the office manager, who was extremely rude by the way, why few months ago she told me that $119 is the total and this exact amount she requested without asking for any extra money before I left the office. No intelligent answer was offered to my question. Things that make you go hmmmm.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
