THis office is very difficult to get thru to on their phones. And the visit is very long. I am not pleased with the length of time I have to wait on the phone trying to get an appointment or in the office during my appointment.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Never, EVER would I see Dr. Shapiro again. I found him to be extemely condescending and rude. He may be a knowledgeable doctor but his huge ego is a complete turn off for me.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had an emergency and was seen almost immediately, and they stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing to insure I was taken care of. and then 1st thing the next morning.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I had to visit Shapiro as my eye doctor was on vacation. He was completely rude, insensitive and unhelpful. I had been having problems for a month with no resolution. He told me to "Keep it in perspective- it's not cancer." Well, I'm not at an oncologist, I'm at an eye doctor and I expected him to help, show some concern at least. NEVER go to this awful man. All this after waiting 45 minutes by the way!!!
