I don't need a pre written story to make up however I can and will relate to the other reviews. Dr walker had me to get my wisdom teeth and 2 upper and 2 bottom teeth removed! My dentist said he's trying to get rid of all your pretty teeth, and tats what we did. We extracted them, the wisdom teeth made sense but removing the 4 visible teeth wasnt common with wisdom teeth being removed when getting braces. Walker has his nephew to assist him, which he didnt have any dental experience at all. Now I've spent an additional 6k on my teeth to correct them. Walker has his patients to remove extra teeth that's in excellent condition so his job can be easier but he still charge a high dental rate. I don't know if he assumed he was building a relationship with other dentist but my dentist said he was going to argue with my ortho. I wish I was confident enough to challenge Dr. Walkers decision. I have seen him around the city and I turn my head. To smile big was all I ever wanted and he made t a nightmare for me. People thought I had missing teeth, I use to defend my smile and say another! I've had multiple removed. Sad

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The Doctor destroyed my smile!!!! I am going into debt trying to correct my teeth after Walker Ortho DESTROYED my teeth. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I WISH I HAD NEVER GONE TO THIS OFFICE!!

I went to visit Dr. Walker a few years ago. He sent me to my dentist to have all my pre ortho work done. He sent the treatment plan to the dentist prior to my arrival. However, after x-raying my teeth my dentist informed me the tooth to be extracted was "a perfectly good tooth and it is in your smile zone". He said the one behind it is the one that needs to come out.
Before he did any work he called Dr. Walker (I heard the conversation) He explained the situation.
Dr. Walker told him to pull the healthy tooth anyway because the braces would close any spacing the extraction would cause.
After healing from my extraction, I returned to Dr. Walker for my treatment. He said “that tooth wasn’t supposed to go” I told him about the conversation with my dentist and what his notes reported. He assured me the braces would close the gap in my mouth. After 6 months in braces I had to get them off to repair the "bad tooth" now I have two teeth missing causing my smile to look worse than before I got in braces. The gap from the perfect tooth never closed!!! Now I have to get braces again and a partial to replace the healthy tooth that was removed!!!!!!!! My new orthodontist informed me braces will not close this gap. It was Dr. Walker's responsibility to assure that his notes were accurate for the pre ortho work.
Now, I am the one responsible for paying this orthodontist. As well as paying another orthodontist for proper treatment. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone who would like a healthy and beautiful smile.
