We were very happy with the fact that they Listened to all family and caregivers. They are responsive to phone calls. We feel very comfortable with this office especially the therapist.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. However, she is completely useless!!!
