He does the dirty work for the N.Y.S.I.F. He will knowingly lie and and change his report in favor of the I.C. he is working for if you have to see this phony of a doctor record his exam and hire a good lawyer

Dr Nipper did 2 surgeries on my shoulder and I continued to have problems with it, I had to go to another Dr for it to be fixed right. Dr Nipper should not be doing any surgies. He screwed my shoulder up bad.
