I waited for over 90 minutes and had to seek help elsewhere. The staff was rude and argued with me that I would have similar wait times with any specialists, which has not been my experience ever and I have seen quite a few! It was obvious that they were double booking appointments and when i said so the staff continued to argue with me. I also watched them lie to a man who came in to pick up a prescription for a patient. They said there were no doctors there today to write the prescription. Blatant lie! and very rude to him as well. was I not waiting to see a doctor? were the other patients coming in and out not seeing a doctor? bad, bad bad experience.
They obviously have never heard of the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is, wouldn't listen complaints and just argued instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
