In January 2015 I was in very poor health. Plagued by sleep apnea, acid reflux, sore knees and feet, and hypertension all stemming from my obesity. Because of my condition I needed a weight loss option where exercise was optional but not required. Weighing in at 401 lbs. started the Ideal Protein protocol administered by Dr. Alkesh Patel’s office. They started by educating me on how my body processes what I put into my mouth. Then they explained how the Ideal Protein protocol works. In a nutshell, eat the food lose the weight. The staff is great, especially my weight loss coach Naomi, who has been there for me every step of the way with information and support. Now as of August 2015 I have lost 114 lbs. I still have more work to do but my sleep apnea, acid reflux and sore joints have vanished and my hypertension has greatly reduced.
I feel twenty years younger and now I got my life back.

I have been going to this provider for several years. At the beginning, he was friendly, attentive and I was seen in a timely fashion. More recently, my phone calls are never returned, messages are left by his office for me on my husband's cell (which is a big HIPPA violation), appointments are cancelled and visits are rushed. We had one instance where he called my husband and was actually yelling at him over the phone about a test he wanted my husband to have. Also, his office hours are VERY limited with very long lunch hours, no evening or weekend hours and only open till 11:30 am on Thursdays. I will be changing doctors ASAP. So will my spouse. We would no longer recommend this provider.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
