He has misread my test results once, and has not shown up twice when I had an appointment. His staff is discourteous, and when he makes a mistake he will not return your phone calls.

I have been a patient for over 5 years and have NEVER waited less than 1 hour to see the Dr. He always seems to be in a hurry and not very interested in what I have to say. Will be leaving this group ASAP.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
