The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The one drawback was the office hours. Nothing available for scheduling past 2:30pm - this can be an issue if you work.

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
