I have been a patient of Dr. Howell's for over 4 years. He delivered both of my daughters and performed both cesareans, the first was and emergency C-section. My scar is very small and I couldn't be more pleased with how wonderful his care and services were! The staff at the clinic were all so amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Howell and his staff for care! They have all become like a second family!!
