I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They initially provided me with an estimate of my portion of the bill and the amount the insurance provider would pay. When it was time to have my root canal performed- they gave me the actual rate I was responsible for. My insurance covered the expected insurance part. I paid for my actual amount once the procedure was over and was advised that my portion was $0.00 Three months later - they billed me an additional $130.00 implying that insurance had not paid the full portion. I examined my insurance statement and Insurance paid all of their portion. I personally am dissatisfied with the billing practices.

. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. . I did feel welcomed during my visit. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. .

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.
