They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.
My son broke his tooth on July 4th. The staff at Dr. Marshall's office scheduled an appointment for me within a couple of hours of contacting them. My son was called back immediately at his appointment time and Dr. Marshall fixed his tooth with gentleness and care. His work was beautiful. We were out of his office much sooner than expected. I could not have asked for anything else.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Dr. Marshall and his staff takes as much time as you need to discuss treatment options and to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment. They treat each customer like a valued member of their office community.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
