My appointment felt very rushed. It didn’t feel like they cared about me at all. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call.
