Yes, I was left alone too long

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

I feel that Elizabeth Erickson was very thorough in our first appointment. She recommended tests to get a baseline for further review and gave suggestions on how I could work on the health issues I presented. She seems personable and very professional.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They were cold and not friendly enough. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. The staff does the minimum to help clients and need more training. Most times I would ask them a question and they couldn't provide answers nor did they offer to find answers. Will not return.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
