All the office staff need some serious help! I have had numerous issues with them and taken it to them. Then they make you feel like an idiot. Communication is what they need to work on. You should not have to do their job for them.

I suffer from asthma and allergies. He has been my doctor for several years. I started feeling ill Friday night and now on Sunday I have full blown Bronchitis. I am a professional speaker and "The Show Must Go ON". I am scheduled for a flight to Chicago tomorrow and have to be ready to preform on Wednesday. No one wants to get a motivational speaker on their "sick day". I called his office today and got a very professional answering service who explained they could page him. He called me back (on a Sunday) within minutes he had me diagnosed with prescriptions called into my pharmacy. When I asked if I need to pay for the "off hour" call he said no, just get on his books so he could make sure I was feeling better. WOW! In a high tech world with cyber relationships and social media it is so comforting to know that there are still doctors who care. I wish I could give Dr. Lanting more stars. I am very grateful to be his patient and he is my HERO!

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. While waiting for my appointment I noted that they definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me! Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
