I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I got a lot of questions answered during my visit. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Overall it was a good visit. However, during my exam they did an asthma test because of my history of asthma as a child even though I was there for an acute allergic reaction not related to my respiratory system. They didn't inform me that there was an additional charge above the exam for this asthma testing. My asthma has been controlled for 10 years and it was an unnecessary test. I was billed $50 for this test which my insurance didn't cover and I have financial constraints. I do not agree with the way they do business here and I won't go there again.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
