Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Kleiner is outstanding as a provider of compassionate mental healthcare for patients suffering from potentially complicated aspects of depression, bi-polar and other mood disorders. She is experienced, compassionate and very generous with her time in terms of making herself available to students; she is also one of those extremely rare psychiatrists who still practice talk therapy in conjunction with managing the often complicated blend of pharmaceuticals necessary to treat mental health issues often misdiagnosed or badly managed cases of patients suffering from mixed-states of suffering from bipolar disorder; many doctors consider bi-polar disorder as an either/or diagnosis, however, given her extensive clinical training and practice at UCLA and elsewhere, she understands and is current with research that shows depressive or bipolar disorder manifesting along a "spectrum" of severity/intensity. She also regularly consults with colleagues and mentors in her field in relation to issues specific to individual patients; I know of no other doctor who does this. This practice of consulting with colleagues has benefited my own treatment tremendously as the scholarship and clinical studies of mood disorders is constantly revealing new ways of understanding and treating various manifestations of mood disorders.

I recommend Dr. Kleiner highly, especially for patients who have been dissatisfied by doctors who prescribe multiple medications without taking adequate time to discuss the manifestation of often changing symptoms. She is also down-to-earth, kind, and someone who approaches treatment as a collaboration between doctor and patient. I have suffered from a complicated spectrum of symptoms for 28 years (I am now 41); Dr. Kleiner is the first doctor to diagnose my mental health issue correctly and has worked with me to find the right blend of medications and lifestyle changes to manage my symptoms and restore balance to my life.

Don't believe the hater. Dr. Kleiner provides quality healthcare to all of her patients at a level you are unlikely to find elsewhere. She is a truly outstanding physician and human being. If you have been searching for help to manage your symptoms and find a way to live your life without being regularly incapacitated by your mood disorder, contact Dr. Kleiner immediately.

Dr. Kleiner was instrumental in helping me recover from a depressive episode. She's an insightful, kind and empathic doctor. I highly recommend her as a therapist/psychiatrist.
