The truth is that this office is mostly Worker's Comp. patients. Many times patients exaggerate their pain to benefit their claim. I was injured badly on the job, causing double knee injuries, ankle, and tibia sprains, and a bone bruise. These were treated conservatively until 3 years had passed and now I am going to have double total knee replacements. I believe Dr. Broukhim did his best to treat me correctly and conservatively until there was no other treatment but surgery. Also, this Dr. is the only one who actually said to me, 'You have to loose weight", not one other Dr. said that to me. When I did it made a huge difference in the way my knees felt. I was able to put off the TKR for 3 years after the injury by having an arthroscopic surgery and lots of injections. Dr. Broukhim's office also provides physical therapy which I took advantage of as well. So here's the thing: Work with the Doctor; do your part; and you will have success.

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

He spent two minutes with me, and took two personal calls on his cel phone during my visit. He did not seem interested in any of the questions or concerns I had about my condition. It felt very rushed, like he had better things to do. I called later with questions, and he did not return my call. Patient care is not his primary concern. I do not recommend this provider.
