Dr. Silverman does not respond well to input. He belittles and is impatient. He does not care about the concerns of his patients, but the amount of money he can make through various treatments and specialist referrals. I felt like a number.
Furthermore, the last time I was there he was so rough it felt like razorblades were cutting into me. I could barely sit down. My pain threshold is high, but I was extremely uncomfortable and could see other people seeking medical assistance for the pain.
Proceed with caution.

Being new to California, I was in the process of making my annual appointment with Village OBGYN Medical group, and the receptionist asked for my credit card #. She said it was because they had a 24 hour cancelation policy, and if I didn't show up, or didn't cancel in time they would bill my card. This really created a negative impression, as with all the credit card theft going on, I was certainly uncomfortable providing this information. I did not book the appointment, besides when is an OBGYN ever...ever.. on time?? Can we bill them for OUR time?
