Hello. Let me start with my story. I had suffered many years with a uterus full of fibroids and infertility issues. I endured multiple surgeries to decrease the sizes and amounts of fibroids as well as several infertility procedures, and participated in clinical trials for medications to control the never ending debilitating gynecology issues. Finally, I had succumbed to the need for a hysterectomy, but now after multiple surgeries, I developed severe inflammation and adhesions. I had seen Dr after Dr hoping to hear that I would not need a traditional abdominal hysterectomy; there was no way I could tolerate another abdominal surgery. No luck. I was told over and over my only options were to continue to live with my issues that would end with menopause or have a traditional abdominal hysterectomy. So I began some research looking for other alternatives and came across the da Vinci robotic assisted surgery. I couldn't believe what I was reading and then I got angry at why all the doctors I had sought help from never mentioned this as an option. Da Vinci surgery was being offered in a couple of places in San Diego now for at least 3 years. Then I stumbled upon a seminar being offered by Dr Kris Ghosh on the da Vinci surgery. Of course I attended!! I came home after the seminar weighted all my options and decided this was the right Dr and the right surgical procedure for me. I traveled 45 miles one way to see Dr Kris Ghosh and it was well worth it. His office is clean, soothing and beautiful. His staff is kind, gentle, sensitive and caring. I opted to make the travel to Palomar Medical Center in downtown Escondido for my surgery. The hospital was awesome and I can only imagine what the new Palomar Medical Center has to offer. Dr Kris Ghosh performed my surgery and he said it was a tough and time consuming surgery with all the inflammation and adhesions. I only had to spend overnight in the hospital.
My life...I have my life back!!
So why did I choose Dr Kris Ghosh? He had good energy, he was not too young not too old, he was extremely knowledgeable, confident and at the same time was kind and gentle. He was one of the first doctors to perform da Vinci gynecology surgeries in San Diego, plus he was now teaching other Dr's how to perform the da Vinci. My instincts were right. I truly believe he is the best in his field of medical practice. If you want the best of the best, Dr Kris Ghosh is your doctor.
He has a wonderful website full of information that I found helpful and comforting.

I do not generally write reviews. But I feel so lucky have Dr. Ghosh as my doctor, I feel compelled to share my experience. From the very beginning - at my first early diagnosis of ovarian cancer - Dr. Ghosh spent a generous amount of time with me and answered all of my questions. He listened to me carefully and always treated me with respect, graciousness and has always been straightforward in his explanations. My surgeries with him were without any complications. His new offices are beautiful and comfortable and his staff is professional and responsive. Dr. Kris Ghosh and Dr. Sue Ghosh make an extraordinary team. They care deeply about what they do and I believe they are on the forefront of gynecologic oncology diagnosis and treatment. I am so grateful to have them here.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
