I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I am a survivor of severe sexual abuse and was referred to Dr. Jackson by a trusted friend. I wanted medical questions asked and answered and I had a traumatizing experience instead. IF I COULD GIVE HER A ZERO STAR RATING, I WOULD!
ALL MY FEARS CAME TRUE! If you are a survivor or even if you are not, DO NOT GO TO DR. GAIL JACKSON! SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RELATE TO YOUR PAST NOR WILL SHE BE AT ALL SENSITIVE TO YOUR TRIGGERS AND IF YOU ARE ANYTHING LIKE ME, YOU WILL LEAVE HER OFFICE FEELING BELITTLED, EMBARRASSED, CONDESCENDED, DISRESPECTED, PATRONIZED,GUILTY, ASHAMED, TRAUMATIZED, AND POKED AND PRODDED. I AM TOO HURT AND SHOCKED TO GIVE DETAILS ABOUT HOW MANY WAYS THIS DR. VIOLATED ME AND MY BOUNDARIES. SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND HAS AWKWARD BEDSIDE MANNERS (to put it lightly). I AM STILL PROCESSING THE AWEFUL EXPERIENCE AND TRYING TO PUT INTO WORDS ALL THE WAYS SHE CROSSED THE DR./PATIENT LINE. I NEED TO COOL OFF AND THINK OF HOW I CAN BEST PREVENT FUTURE SURVIVORS FROM BEING EXPOSED TO WHAT I JUST WENT THROUGH. I WISH I READ HER REVIEWS FROM PREVIOUS PATIENTS BEFORE I WENT. I AM AMAZED AT MANY TERRIBLE COMPLAINTS I HAVE FOUND ABOUT DR. GAIL JACKSON ON THE INTERNET.

DR. JACKSON IS PROOF POSITIVE TO ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.

I'LL BE KIND: SHE AND HER STAFF FORGOT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT, AS WELL AS A COUPLE IN THEIR 8TH MONTH OF PREGNANCY, FOR A 2PM APPOINTMENT AFTER LUNCH. ALL THREE OF US WAITED OUTSIDE IN THE HALL FOR 45 MINUTES. IF I HAD MISSED THE APPOINTMENT I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED.

FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU.

I HAD A SERIOUS INFECTION AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG ANTIBIOTIC. I WAS GETTING WORSE, AND DR. JACKSON ORDERED A REFILL ON THE WRONG MEDICATION. I CALLED THE PHARMACIST WHO TOLD ME TO GET THE PROPER MEDICATION FROM MY INTERNIST. NOT ONLY DID THE PHARMACIST KNOW I WAS BEING MISTREATED, BUT SO DID MY PHYSICIAN. I FINALLY GOT BETTER, AFTER SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY ON THE WRONG MEDICINE NOT TO MENTION THE EXCRUCIATING PAIN I WAS IN.

FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME.

CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A GOOD OB/GYN? BECAUSE THIS ONE ISN'T. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
