I would not recommend this doctor Kotatsu. I felt like she never remembered me, and I don't think she even took the time to read my chart before entering my room. Always losing blood test results, or not requesting me to get a blood test, thinking I got an ultrasound or procedure last visit, spelling my name wrong every time. I could go on about how horrible this doctor and her medical assistant Vicky are. I did get the privilege of getting to know Dr. Young when she delivered my daughter because doctor Kotatsu wasn't available. Doctor Young was amazing during my delivery.

My first visit with the doctor this month, and i find her to be nice and attentive. I was just surprised to have found out that day that my appointment was at 3:00 and not 4:00. I was baffled, but i waited half an hour after her last patient. I'm just disappointed that they do not do a patient courtesy call reminders, or text reminders. The med asst or nurse was nice and friendly and it was a Thursday appointment. I will ho to her again for my yearly physical.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Dr, Kohatus is a fantastic, caring person and a wonderful physican..I love her!!!

I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail.
