Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

They are one of the kindest, most caring and friendly staff I've ever dealt with. It doesn't matter how many times I call with a question or concern, they are always happy to help me. Depending on what your healthcare needs are, this Doctor will do followup phone calls. That means don't be surprised when this Doctor calls you unexpectedly at home to see how you are doing and check if you have any concerns. I don't know anyone else that does that. There is no annoying music playing while I wait or during my office visits. There are no bad smells in the office; no smell at all. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I have never been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. If I have ever left a message requesting a call-back, I always receive a return call. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. All other offices that I have ever visited are always late. Not this one. This office is always professional, prompt and on-time.

I left my previous physician because the office got to large and the wait times were often 90+ minutes. With this office, there is barely a wait and the Doctor and his staff are very professional and at the same time very friendly. They really care for you there.
