I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The only thing wrong is that their billing needs improvement

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
