I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

BEWARE….Office staff misleading and incompetent!! I made my appointment 6 months in advance. My medical insurance provider changed during that period. Medical staff called to confirm appointment two weeks prior. I tried to cancel the appointment at that time. They asked me about my new insurance and said I was covered. Two days after my appointment they informed me that they was not covered under my current plan and I needed to pay the bill outright. The staff lied to me and now I have to pay for it. The office manager was rude and told me that I should not have listened to the receptionist I spoke with.
