I visited this doctor and he is cold and distant. He had no compassion and seemed frustrated when I spoke. He lacked any empathy. He dismissed everything I said with a literal wave of a hand. I have never been treated so rudely by a medical professional. He is one of the reasons I am canceling my insurance and getting out of the Kaiser system. I have not found one primary care doctor at Kaiser that shows any compassion. They are all given a script. The only thing worse about this doctor - he gives the script with a sneer and looks at you like you are a bug he would like to squash.
