This doctor and his entire staff are completely inept in every sense of the word in the field of medicine, and also incompetent in consideration. As a Type I Diabetic, he told me that he would not prescribe insulin to me because I have an insulin pump. (hold on and let me pick myself back off of the floor!)

With regards to a medical device that I have worn for the past 11 years, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Dr. Yoo told me that he would not renew the prescription, without proof that I needed the device. (As if 11 continuous years on the device was not proof enough) Dr. Yoo said I needed to go off of the device and see what happens. (If you are even considering visiting this doctor's office, just run...)

Dr. Yoo does not speak to patients on the phone. Nor does he consult with previous Primary Care Physicians, nor insurance companies, nor medical device companies, requiring information and approval from Dr. Yoo.

Dr. Yoo's office told me if I "wanted the medical device badly enough, I should just pay for it myself" and not bother with insurance, because Dr Yoo will not sign the appropriate paperwork.

I have no words for the experience with Dr. Yoo. Worst doctor I have ever encountered.
