They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
